We send notifications via email or SMS only for: vaccine schedule reminders, service request updates, and community announcements that you have opted into. You can manage your notification preferences or unsubscribe at any time in your account settings.
We do not share your personal information or your pet's health data with third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent. All data is stored securely and handled in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
2. Pet Rehoming Policy
Foxdemon Pomeranian specializes in raising and caring for Pomeranians with dedication. We help find loving homes for our Pomeranians under the following terms:
a. Each Pomeranian comes with a complete health record, vaccination history, and care instructions to help new owners continue providing attentive care.
b. We provide a health support period after the pet arrives at its new home. If any health issues arise during this period that were present before the transition, we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
c. We encourage prospective owners to visit and spend time with the Pomeranian before making a decision to ensure a good fit for both the pet and the family.
d. We reserve the right to decline a rehoming request if we believe the living conditions may not be suitable for the pet's well-being.
3. Product Return & Refund Policy
For pet care products and accessories purchased through our platform, we offer the following return and refund terms:
a. Products may be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt if they do not match the description or have manufacturing defects.
b. Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact.
c. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.
d. Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are perishable (such as pet food) are not eligible for return.
4. Shipping & Transport Policy
For pet care products: we deliver within 2-5 business days from order confirmation. Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery information.
For Pomeranians transitioning to a new home: transport is arranged with your pet's comfort and safety as the top priority. We use climate-controlled, pet-safe transport and provide all required health documentation.
We coordinate directly with each new owner to schedule pickup or delivery at a mutually convenient time. Transport fees vary depending on distance and are communicated transparently before confirmation.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information, extreme weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Payment Policy
We accept multiple payment methods for your convenience:
a. Bank transfer, e-wallet (Momo, ZaloPay), and cash on delivery (COD) for product orders.
b. For pet rehoming, a deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance is due upon pickup or delivery. Full payment terms are agreed upon before confirmation.
c. All transactions are documented with receipts. We do not accept payments through unverifiable or fraudulent methods.
6. Health Commitment & Vaccine Support
Every Pomeranian from Foxdemon receives attentive, dedicated care from birth. Our health commitment includes:
a. Each pet is provided with a verified vaccination record and a health check before transitioning to a new home.
b. We offer free consultation and guidance on pet care, nutrition, and health maintenance after adoption.
c. Our vaccine tracking system allows you to log your pet's vaccination history and receive automatic reminders when the next vaccination is due, helping you stay on top of your pet's health schedule.
d. For any health concerns that arise within the support period, please contact us directly for assistance. We are committed to being a long-term partner in your pet's well-being.
