Welcome to Foxdemon Pomeranian. We specialize in breeding and caring for Pomeranians, while also providing pet care accessories and building a community for Pomeranian enthusiasts.

By accessing and using the foxdemon.vn website and related services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions below. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our website.

1. Scope of services

Foxdemon Pomeranian provides the following services: showcasing and finding loving homes for carefully raised Pomeranians; providing pet care accessories and supplies; a vaccine tracking system with automatic reminders; and a community for sharing pet care knowledge.

Information on our website is for reference purposes and does not replace professional advice from a veterinarian. If your pet has health concerns, please consult a veterinarian.

We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone at any time if we determine that conditions are not suitable for the welfare of the pet.

2. Pet rehoming terms

Finding a new home for a Pomeranian at Foxdemon follows an evaluation process to ensure the pet goes to a suitable family. We reserve the right to decline a request if we determine the living conditions may not be suitable for the pet's well-being.

Each Pomeranian comes with a health record, vaccination history, and care guide. We provide a post-rehoming health support period as agreed upon on a case-by-case basis.

A deposit is required to confirm a reservation. The remaining balance is due upon pickup. All financial terms are agreed upon before confirmation, ensuring full transparency.

We encourage potential adopters to visit and spend time with the Pomeranian before making a decision, to ensure compatibility for both the pet and the family.

3. Pet care products

We offer pet care accessories and supplies through our online platform. Product information is described in detail; however, actual colors and sizes may vary slightly from images.

Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt if they do not match the description or have manufacturing defects. Returned products must be in original condition, unused, and in complete original packaging.

Used products, products damaged by the customer, or perishable items (such as pet food) are not eligible for returns. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned product is confirmed.

4. Vaccine tracking service

Our vaccine tracking system allows you to record your pet's vaccination history and receive automatic reminders when the next vaccination is due. This service is provided free of charge for registered account members.

Vaccine data is entered and managed by you. We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-provided data. Vaccine reminders are provided as a supportive tool and do not replace appointments with a veterinarian.

Your pet's health data is kept confidential and used solely for sending reminders. We do not share this data with third parties unless you consent or as required by law.

5. Community & user content

Foxdemon Pomeranian builds a community for sharing pet care knowledge and experiences. By participating, you agree not to post content that violates the law, is offensive, is spam, or constitutes unauthorized advertising.

Content you post (articles, images, comments) remains your property. However, you grant us the right to use that content on our platform for the purpose of operating and promoting the community.

We reserve the right to remove violating content and to suspend or delete accounts with serious violations without prior notice.

6. Payment & shipping

We accept payment via bank transfer, e-wallets (Momo, ZaloPay), and cash on delivery (COD) for product orders. All transactions are documented with receipts.

Products are delivered within 2-5 business days. Shipping fees depend on distance and are communicated before order confirmation. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information or force majeure circumstances.

We do not store payment information on our website. Payment information is processed through verified third-party payment gateways.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the foxdemon.vn website, including logos, brand names, images, videos, articles, and designs, is owned by Foxdemon Pomeranian or licensed for our use. Copyright infringement will be handled according to Vietnamese law.

You are granted a non-exclusive right to use content on our website for personal and non-commercial purposes. Copying, distributing, or reproducing content without written consent is prohibited.

8. Limitation of liability

We strive to provide accurate information and reliable service. However, we are not liable for damages arising from: technical issues, service interruptions, or system errors beyond our control.

Pet care information on our website is for reference only. We are not liable if you apply information without consulting a veterinarian.

For the vaccine reminder service, we are not liable if you miss a vaccination schedule due to not checking notifications or due to technical errors from messaging service providers.

9. Modification of terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time by posting the revised version on our website. The update date will be clearly indicated at the top of the page.

Continued use of the website after terms have been modified constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Any disputes arising from the use of our website shall be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in Vietnam.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue to remain in full force and effect.
